Follow Friday #1

Follow My Book Blog Friday is a weekly meme co-hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read

Q. If you could write yourself a part in a book, what book would it be and what role would you play in that book?

I would absolutely have to put myself in The Hunter by L.J. Smith.  It's the first book in the Forbidden Game trilogy.  I love that trilogy, and L.J. Smith is one of my favorite authors.  I would love to be Jenny.  I would say one of her friends, but considering Julian treats them worse, I'm going to stick with Jenny.  Even though this would be scary, it be an adventure at the same time.  For people that haven't read this book, Jenny and her friends play a game where Julian makes there nightmares come true.  They have to live through the nightmare.    What book would you want to be a part of?

  1. I like this idea, but I would hate to really live my own nightmare. I hate having a nightmare.

  2. Ooh! I haven't read The Forbidden Game trilogy yet but so many of my friends have and they love it! Actually, they just love L.J. Smith in general! :)

I really don't think I could live in a place where nightmares come true. Because, even though I don't normally dream all that much, things are very graphic whenever I do!

Thanks so much for stopping by! I'm following you back for sure! :)

Hope you have an awesome weekend!

  4. I honestly have never read anything by L.J. Smith in my life, but the series you are talking about sounds immensely interesting. An instance where personal fantasy meets reality...

PS: I'm a new follower! Please check out my post, where I desperately want to be written into GONE WITH THE WIND. Thanks!
